At La Lou Salon we want our guests to be completely happy with every service performed. If you are not satisfied, you may book a corrective service within 7 days of your original appointment. There will be no refunds given. La Lou reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Professional hair products, brushes, combs, halos and hot tools are non-refundable. If you have a quality issue the manufacture will replace the product under warranty.

By procuring goods and/or services from La Lou Salon LLC, Purchaser agrees that in no event shall La Lou Salons’ total liability to Purchaser exceed the amount paid by Purchaser to La Lou Salon for such goods and/or services. Purchaser agrees that this limitation of liability shall apply cumulatively to all direct, indirect, punitive special, incidental, consequential and any other damages arising from the use of or inability to use La Lou Salons’ goods and/or services.
